Returns and refunds
Because our 3D printed items are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged during shipping or you receive a defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement if appropriate.
Due to the specialized and medical-use nature of certain products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used, modified, sterilized, or altered in any way.
Custom and personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
